Return policy

Lieber’s Luggage is a small local family-owned and operated business. We unfortunately cannot compete with the return policies of big-box stores. Please understand that returns result in significant losses for our store, and not all items can be returned or refunded unless otherwise specified. 

We have a 15 day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your online item to request a return, or if purchased in-store, 15 days after purchasing the item to request a return. 


Special orders, personalized items, monogrammed items, used or damaged items, electronics, gift cards, sale items, and underwear, are not eligible for return. 


To be eligible to request a return, your item MUST be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the original receipt or other valid proof of purchase. Please note that without a copy of the original receipt, we may not be able to track down your purchase to properly process a return and it is thus imperative for you to provide us with an original copy of the receipt should you wish to request a return. We reserve the right to refuse any return request absent a copy of the original receipt being brought in by the customer. 

Please note that some items, such as electronics and adapter plugs, are not returnable, and any applicable warranties must be processed with the manufacturer.

Qualifying cash returns will be credited to a store Gift Card. We cannot provide cash returns. 

Qualifying credit or debit cash returns will be credited to the card.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and try to make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned or refunded, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, final sales, electronics, underwear, or gift cards.

Monogrammed, special ordered, or used merchandise are non-returnable. 

Any and all applicable warranties pertaining to such products will need to submitted by the customer to the manufacturer. 


Refunds 

Subject to the restrictions stated herein, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded in the form of your original payment method usually within 10 business days. Cash returns- only where applicable- will be given in the form of store credit. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at manager@liebers.com. 

For online orders: 
Unless otherwise authorized, the customer is responsible for shipping & any and all shipping costs paid by Lieber's Luggage will be deducted from the refund amount, including items that were eligible for free shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that all returns will need to be sent or brought into the following address: 6515 Menaul Blvd NE Albuquerque New Mexico 87110. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds are credited to the same form of payment used for the original purchase for online orders.
