I ordered a 27 inch Stratum suitcase, and received a 24 inch suitcase. Two emails I sent inquiring how to return/exchange the 24 inch suitcase that arrived have gone unanswered. The receipt says 27 inches, the tag on the suitcase says 24 inches . The request for this review even says "27 inch" Hardside Spinner, thpugh that is not what I received. My trip is in one week, and I have been trying to resolve this for several weeks.
Needless to say, I am not satisfied with the suitcase or the customer service. I would like my emails answered, and a resolution.
